IMPORTANT CHANGES BEGINNING MONDAY, March 23, 2020
Indiana Stay-At-Home Order by Governor Eric Holcombarch
Valued Bates Corporation Customers,
Because we are an essential business serving the agriculture production and machinery industry, our locations at this time will continue to operate under normal business hours with limited interaction from:
Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Limited staff will be available Saturdays from 8am – Noon.
To continue serving our customers safely and effectively, we will be preventing public access to our parts counter, warehouse showroom, and sales offices effective Monday, March 23, 2020. Although the front door to our store will be closed, our parts and sales professionals will continue to meet customer needs with limited personal contact.
Parts Orders – Our parts department will continue to meet your needs:
• Phone – Call (800) 248-2955 to connect with our parts department who will assist you with your questions and orders.
Normal business operations will continue in our shipping department.
• Online Ordering – Go to www.batescorp.com
If you don’t find what you are needing please call.
Many of our parts are not listed on the website as the revolving nature of our inventory.
We are here, by phone, to help answer questions. If ordering online for local pickup, please use Code PICKUP.
• Parts Pickup – Purchase parts online or over the phone and we’ll place your order in a designated pickup area outside our store.
• If you have not already pre-ordered and have arrived at our facility, please call (800) 248-2955 and we will assist you over the phone.
Our doors will be closed.
By using the telephone, email, online ordering, and no/low contact communications, we will dramatically reduce our chance of putting you and our employees in harm’s way, while reducing the risk of closing our store entirely due to infection to keep our farmers and ranchers running in the agriculture communities around the nation.
At this time, we are not experiencing delays in shipping. But we anticipate in the near future this will change, as shipping to effected areas continue and transportation lines become disrupted.
We will continue to update our social media pages as changes happen. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual time.
