Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING -- will be by UPS unless you specify otherwise. We ship every weekday, excluding holidays, at 5:00 p.m. On items which are oversized or over 150 pounds will be sent motor freight collect. All shipping charges are additional. If you are sending your payment with your order please call us for shipping charges. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Select services are available on most orders to all places in the continental United States. Saturday Delivery is available in most of the Continental United States when accompanied by Next Day Air Service, please call for availability.

RETURN & CORE EXCHANGE POLICY -- All returns must be authorized by Bates Corporation and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice to receive any credit. Cores must have name, address, phone number and a copy of the invoice included. All returns and cores are to be shipped to Bates Corporation prepaid by the customer. Credit for customer shipping costs will be issued only for actual warranty claims or Bates Corporation / vendor errors. All returns may be subjected to a restocking fee of 15%. No returns after 90 days.

 

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS -- Canada Post recently sent a notice regarding a possible service disruption on or around July 2, 2016, as a result of a labor dispute. Canada Post is warning customers that: "While there is still time to reach new agreements, customers should take precautions as a labor disruption remains a possibilty."

What this means for our Canadian customers: Bates Corporation is not responsible for packages being delayed or lost due to service disruptions. Please contact us by phone to discuss other shipping options prior to placing an online order.
